Pros

The company appreciates your contribution by providing different rewards for your hard work. Also provide many training courses for your own development. Salary and subsidized canteen are perks.

Cons

The production environment is very fast paced and constantly changing. Production line is not as stable so expect different problems from day to day as management monitors the yield daily and have high expectations. Expect constant phone or text communication during weekend if some problem breaks out. Work-life balance is not as good for people in production.
