      Great salary for low cost of living in area. 120 hours of earned vacation plus sick time granted. Paid parental leave also included plus many other benefits. Health plan is 100% paid for. Depending who you work for the work life balance can be okay.

      Cons

      High deductible health plan. Not much room for upward movement on site. Cyclical economic cycle is reflected in work force management. On call 24/7
