Management is not overbearing and the pay range at the site is on the high end of the industry.

Cons

Veteran management who oversaw GTAT bankruptcy are in positions of power after being acquired by onsemi. The poor systems and lack of focus that led to bankruptcy remain, just with a new bankroll.
