      Onsemi focuses more on short term financials than on technical advancements. It claims to belong to selected group of the most ethical companies in the world, but the reality is that it is not, being ethical requires actions and not just words. Unfortunately, in many cases I have witnessed unethical behavior that is ignored and even encouraged.
