      Pros

      The people on my team are great. Among team members there is no back-stabbing or ladder climbing. These people are thinning due to attrition and multiple years of the effects of the "Cons" section, but there are still good groups of people in isolated places.

      Cons

      From the corporate level down they have a strategy of "just under industry average". That extends to rate of hiring, amount of people staffed on projects, quality of projects, compensation, benefits, technology, IP, etc. This theory was actually stated in those words at an HR meet-and-greet.

      Good Engineering Team Lot to learn, and lot to do A good chance to work on different types of projects

      Cons

      Bad managers with very less technical inclination Projects fail all the time but nothing is done to change, or do things differently A failure never results in better practices, or a change in methodology. Top management too conservative Pay is probably the lowest in the industry
