      Culture was good until about 2020, some of those people are still around

      Cons

      Letting everyone go to other places. Will match offers from other companies but not beat them. CEO bragged about buying 4 cars 'last week' in the corporate call. Could be a pro or Con for you: very heavily invested in Black Lives Matter and the 1619 project, always email about gay pride month and support organizations on that side of the aisle. Engineering, maintenance, and operations departments are at rock bottom in our manufacturing site.

      Challenging and exciting work Great co workers Exciting vision - super excited to see where things go in next months as outlook seems good

      Cons

      Super high turnover makes for very low morale. Leadership is not transparent with decisions made- or they don’t care to listen to employees. Everything is of the highest priority but impossible expectations are set with extremely high turn over. Not a super clear path for career progression
