      Pros

      Good opportunity to get professional experience and great individuals to work with and learn from. Work culture is growing and more opportunities for employee engagement.

      Cons

      Work to personal life balance is a struggle since manufacturing is mostly overseas and you are expected to be available. Micro-management is a problem. A way to work up the tech ladder is not well defined and not well recognized.

      Low pay, management style that promotes gossip and back-biting among team members. Definite discrimination against those not of the preferred faith of the region.
