      Good place to learn. Interactive work culture. Stable company. Good work/life balance. Nice location.

      Cons

      Interns get paid more than full timers for the same job. No growth. No new challenges and responsibilities. Old technology. Virtually no benefits. Bad tuition reimbursement program.

      Pros

      ON Semi is quite big and has a lot of different divisions that you can potentially join. Aptina was acquired by ON. It was one of the few tech companies in the Bay that had a good work life balance.

      Cons

      It often felt that no one in the company had any passion or fight in them. The age of the workers there were generally very old. It felt like the company's average age was in its late 30s at least.
