      Pros

      i had a chance to telecommute - so that was a plus. I heard some people being rejected telecommuting even in temporary periods.

      Cons

      just an average company that strives hard more to remind you that you are fortunate to have a job in hard times than retain employees with good raise they deserved or with bonus structures.

      Family like atmosphere, Pretty consistent work load, great opportunities within company, pay is competitive with other FABS in the area.

      Cons

      Forced vacation during the semiconductor rollercoaster, limited budgets so we had alot of hand-me-downs. Not too many Cons to list really.
