      Pros

      Good technical backup. Sales and Engineering work well together. I don't see a lot of micromanagement at the FAE level; we are trusted and appreciated. That gives us the freedom to do our job right and feel good about it. Advancing your knowledge through classes or reading technical material is encouraged.

      Pros

      The environment is great. Co-workers are good. The shifts are compressed 12 hours so you work 3 on 3 off then 4 on 4 off.

      Cons

      It can get hot wearing the clean room "bunny suit" for 10 hours.

      Pros

      You are always busy. Facility is being updated with a lot of new decor providing a more modern feel as you walk the halls. Also added a new gym.

      Cons

      Not as rewarding to those outside of management. The industry is very cyclical so there are constant ebbs and flows. Hard to advance.
