      The management is becoming more friendly

      Wide range of products to work on. Most of the design are unique and interesting. Great working environment, great co-workers. The management is trying hard to correct some of their old problems.

      Cons

      The company is always trying to reduce cost. Hard find expericence engineers willing to move to Idaho

      Company's flagship fab- if the company is producing- you have a job. Solid workers can move up. Always full time.

      Cons

      High stress- never make goals environment. Always shaving costs- sometimes to the company's detriment. Very hard to get rid of mediocre workers. Very small less than 3% raises.
