Cons
Old employees intimidate those new employees especially the interns and contractors. I experienced while i'm in the shuttle some of the employees reserved not only the reserved seats for the PWD, bus marshals and pregnant woman but also the middle seats away from the first come employees who used to be an intern or contractor.
