      Pros

      ON Semiconductor has some of the best work-life balance opportunities for employees. Employees have work from home options and managers are pretty hands-off when it comes to work schedules. The company is very results driven so as long as your getting your work done, they are really good about letting you manage your own schedule. I also enjoy the sense of community the company has built with community evolvement, employee gatherings, etc.

      Cons

      The overall leadership needs a lot of improvement. The company continues to expect more and more from employees but without additional resources. The company runs lean so you have to be ready to wear many hats and juggle multiple tasks at one time.

      many, many, many different businesses that compete for limited internal manufacturing resources. company runs very lean and you have to be ready to work hard without a lot of support
