      working environment seems to be normal. good place to start your career and also end your career

      Pros

      benefits are ok especially health benefits. bonuses from the factory are regularly provided if possible. good place for new graduates to learn

      Cons

      promotion are very hard. work life balance is ok but lack of social events. compensation is not at par with other semiconductor companies. training is also limited

      Pros

      I did an Internship with them. They treated you very well and I got to work on some meaningful projects. Work environment was great and compensation.

      Cons

      I'm sure there are, but I didn't work there long enough to find any major flaws.
