      Pros

      Good foot in the door. Good people to work with. Not rediculously difficult company to work for. Great "just out of high school" job with a chance for a long term career in the industry.

      Cons

      Seems like a great company to work for in the beggining, then the disgruntled employees can get to you. Company is doing fairly well in a shaky market.

      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere. Co-workers are likely to help you on question, issues. All levels of local management can be personally contacted.

      Cons

      No significant raises/bonuses for employees. Employees take pay cuts when economy is down, management takes raises/bonuses/benefits when economy is good. Middle management is not locally based, and communication with then is often poor to very poor. Promotion is not based on skills, but on personal relationships
