      Pros

      I joined On after my 3 years working in Main China, it is pround to work in this palce, and I feel I am competent to my job. On Semi also give me a corfortable environment to work; it is very hamony in On, and everyone just keep the simple relationship. It is good to work here, everybody especially US ppl like to share their knowledge.

      Cons

      But On also has some common drawbacks like some other manufacturing site, responsibility has some ambiguilty between departments. Salary is not that satisfied to employee.

      Great place to work when business is good, too many ups and downs.

      Good facility, good people, relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Too sensitive to economic conditions, and is tough if your trying to get in from the bottom. There's a lot of temp hires then layoffs due to low starts, happens just about every year.
