      Global company allows for travel and movement. ON is open to allow you to transfer to other divisions/countries

      Cons

      Large company, run VERY lean...very quick to reduce staff and spending to keep the bottom line.

      Very little or no stress Nice work environment

      Cons

      Very little chance of promotion since senior employees been there for ages and plan to work till retirement. Some retired workers even continue as contract workers! Retention program is non existence Management prefers hire outsider or their ex-colleague from previous company Cronyism is very obvious - good chance of kickbacks in certain department
