      Not very strict management, only if you do well of what you should do; Pay for performance, every quarter bonus;

      Cons

      Too mixed products, no very interesting technology; Buy different companies, but not deal well with them; No very good communication with boss;

      Pros

      Good working environment Meal Allowance and Shuttle Service Unforgettable Experiences Lifelong Learning I used to develop my potentials and technical skills

      Cons

      Old employees intimidate those new employees especially the interns and contractors. I experienced while i'm in the shuttle some of the employees reserved not only the reserved seats for the PWD, bus marshals and pregnant woman but also the middle seats away from the first come employees who used to be an intern or contractor.
