      Pros

      Very flexible schedule. Management is very flexible as well and caters to employee's needs. Good set of benefits and frequent bonuses. High initial pay. Great co-workers and team.

      Cons

      Work environment is a factory and is not that great for IT. Usually very far from the city center. Financial growth is a bit of a concern and might not be aligned with industry standards.

      Pros

      Very good Compensation & benefits package, colleagues are nice and we even do sometimes an evening event with a drink in the city center which foments the good relation and ambient in the office. Learning and dealing with new subjects almost daily.

      Difficult to get promoted as from certain level
