      Not a great place to work

      Pros

      company seemed going in the right direction when I was working. But I don't know what happened after I left (it was in 2006). People are friendly and nice to work with.

      Cons

      Not challenging work. Did not seem much room for improvement. Management were fickle. The projects get drop every now and then and your work will be useless.

      - a big corporation with a small company feel to it in the office - plentiful resources and up-to-date equipment - less-than average amount of office politics

      Cons

      - difficult promotion the way the company is structured - slow transition after acquisition - unnecessary tall org chart in an office with only a small number of employees
