      Pros

      People are generally very knowledge and helpful. Work hours are flexible. Career paths and grades are very well defined. Managers are generally very flexible and very attentive to employee needs.

      Cons

      Bonus is very minimal. Promotions are very biased, it depends on your relationships with others. Cafeteria food is ridiculous. Working hours are very long.
