      Pros

      Good Product Lines and great teams! The product developers are true professionals.

      Cons

      Management makes it hard to get anything done. Its incredibly hierarchical. You have to go to your manager to talk with their manager and so on... So much so that you don't want to to deal with the thing that should be addressed.

      Pros

      Blessed to have a good team, that is very flexible as long as you're transparent with the manager about what you can and can't do. Building trust with the team will take you a long way.

      Manager is pretty strict on me doing a minimum of 20 hrs/week

      Industry experience, full benefits, decent pay

      Cons

      I felt I was constantly passed up for promotion with people who had objectively less education and experience. Felt thrown under the bus multiple times by management (set me up for an interview which I wasn't told was an interview, then would pester me about the time I "was unprepared" when I would apply for internal hirings). Grossly mishandled an incident in which multiple people were exposed to unknown chemicals, there was zero follow up, zero info about what had been changed to prevent future issues.
