      Pros

      Tuition Assistance Program, Vacation, and Flex Holiday hour rates are great!

      Cons

      There are no career path opportunities regardless of being fully educated or not. The new CEO is lacking the company's luster, the rebranding lost its meaning, management does not care about employees' above-and-beyond performances when short-staffed, rewards are very subpar and overlooked, and morale is getting worse.

      Pros

      The new leadership has some big ideas for turning the company around. It is exciting.

      Cons

      The new leadership also seems to make some hasty decisions about things, which then break and cause a lot of problems for staff. Also - people in certain positions don't get listened to at all. Your opinions are only sought and your voice only has merit at a certain level. Very few opportunities.
