      Pros

      The Reliability group has some of the best people to work with. The managers are amazing and are very focused on the personal development and growth of their people. The company has good benefits and has a big progressive push in the market after the rebranding to onsemi.

      Cons

      The transition to a new CEO and rebranding has both pros and cons. Direction moving forward are still in flux and a little hazy, but the direction moving forward is much more clear at this time.
