Pros
I am writing this years after I left ON and genuinely think they deserve all the ethical awards and positive reviews possible. I was in the Sales & Marketing department and have never been surrounded by so many hardworking, honest, and open to criticism employees. I tip my hat off to the CEO, Paul, and David especially! This was a great 'out of school job' and provided such a supportive structure with endless possibilities for growth. I was exposed to industry events, leaders, best practices in a culture that was rather relaxed and extremely friendly. You had to look hard to find office politics and drama. Also the mentorship was so ripe, there are no excuses for those starting their professional career to not grow quickly.

Very minimal comment - Some training, structure, or something to cut my teeth on consistently would have been appreciated.
