Everyone at Banjo is highly intelligent and working towards the only goal, our mission “saving lives and reducing human suffering". We truly believe in bringing together talented individuals from all walks of life to collaborate and get to the best possible solution.
Banjo is a fast paced environment, and everyone works hard to achieve our mission, whether that is independently or as a team. Our managers challenge our employees everyday to help them grow and develop, but you are right, you won’t find your typical corporate structure here! We are a startup and our employees are self-starters, who take charge in their careers and success, we also recognize that our environment is not for everyone.
We love Park City as well and have already seen tremendous benefits from having it as our new HQ. There are communication challenges at times, but that is part of the reason why we have centralized our core teams in Redwood City, CA and Park City, UT. We appreciate your feedback on communication between the teams and we are working to bridge the gap! Thank you again and best of luck!
