Simply put, using one adjective, Banjo is genius... from the tech, to the CEO, to the team. I've only been at Banjo for a short time but in that time I've seen incredible teamwork and product features built. I came from another startup where I hadn’t learned anything new in a while and I can say without a doubt that I will never happen at Banjo. There is always something to learn, plus the engineering leaders are patient and willing to teach. Although I’m newer to the team, I can already tell if you’re willing to put in the effort and work really hard, it will change you for the better and pay off.

The pace at which we move is not for everyone, obviously! If you're self-driven and motivated you have all chances on your side to succeed and have an impact. I'm not one for perks, coming from outside of Silicon Valley this is not a thing. It's definitely not why I wake up in the morning and show up to work. That being said, Banjo really takes care of us... On the culture side of things, you get to be part of a team that strives for the same goals. Everyone is on the floor together and we work as a team. This means that if there's a problem, everyone jumps in. We do occasionally work late nights and weekends. That being said, it rarely ever happens... It's all about how you manage your time... It's a fast pace company, you have to be able to adapt to changes and keep on going. There's so much room to learn and grow and you get to work with awesome engineers who want to push the limits. You have an impact on every level on the product and it's pretty awesome to be able to see it.
