Pros

You don't have to worry about your job if you are family of the CEO or member of the same religion.

Cons

They have no product, they are just trying out ideas and spinning their wheels. The CEO Justin Lindsey is spending all the seed money to create a fake company in hopes of attracting a SPAC to bail them out.

Over the course of the past several months we've been in the fortunate position of committing ourselves to a period of research and development aimed at using our capabilities for maximum impact. As we moved on to the application of our capabilities we underwent organizational changes necessary to align roles with the work at hand.

Some of the best people I have ever worked with day-to-day. I learned a lot and had the chance to contribute a lot.

Cons

Management is poor, great vision but poor execution.
