Smart people, smart product, new CEO

A lot of other startups in the bay are running the same formula over and over again to try to get a slice of the industry's revenue - they often have the same process or technology backend, hence not a lot of learning for employees for growth. While it works for an average salaryman and make them feel that they "are" in part of the startup culture, it is just another job in a normal tech company. Banjo, is not that kind of company. It's not "normal". It's a true Silicon Valley startup, if not more.
