All the good culture is spoilt with the new India leadership (new MD, new VPs, new HR).

Cons

The company focuses more on head count growth and productivity/efficiency, less on innovation/quality. All flexibility is being taken away from employees slowly. It seems they want employees to leave. Talent quality has dropped drastically in an attempt to grow.
