      Pros

      free soda, coffee, tea, and beer on tap. Friendly people great work stations (all desks can be standing desks) new facility gym with trainer beanbag chairs fandom themes (star wars and harry potter themed meeting rooms) casual dress (honestly whatever you want to wear) upper management is AMAZING food catered often

      Cons

      A lot of change makes for a sense of disorganization, but not necessarily in a bad way.

      Pros

      symplr has a great culture that encourages new ideas. We are actively improving all areas of our development process. The DevOps revolution is alive and well at symplr. It is easy to see that symplr is investing in its people for the future.

      Cons

      There sometimes isn't an IPA on tap in the kitchen.

      Pros

      I'm somewhat new to the symplr team. They were very transparent with me about some of the challenges they're facing before I signed on. Since I've started I've found that they're definitely moving in the right direction. They're investing in good people in all departments, the first step towards resolving some of the issues they've had post acquisition. The fringe benefits are great, relaxed work environment, food and beverage, some of the team gets together outside of work for fun.

      Cons

      Internal communication still needs some work.
