      Virtual work, current software, good benefits

      Cons

      Sinking ship. Sales is not filing the pipeline. C suite is great, local management is really poor. Amazing amount of administrative time to add the same information to three new and different systems. Implementation has been poorly managed, communication is touted but not real. You find out more talking to coworkers who figured out a trick on their own

      Pros

      symplr has a great culture that encourages new ideas. We are actively improving all areas of our development process. The DevOps revolution is alive and well at symplr. It is easy to see that symplr is investing in its people for the future.

      Cons

      There sometimes isn't an IPA on tap in the kitchen.

      - You can work from home occasionally - Good work life balance - Good medical benefits

      Cons

      - Payed time off is a joke. They say you get rollover days but you only get them in the first quarter - Most management have never managed a team before and are just winging it. - Zero to little training on product. - Worst work environment, you can hear a pen drop its so quite. - Pay is good however, when you start making too much money they let you go. - False hope on any advancement with in the company; you get a new title but no pay increase.
