      Pros

      Remote work. Some of the people are great. Some of the company policies are good in theory (when they're actually implemented).

      Cons

      Clear push to offshore as much as possible to cut costs, evidenced by numerous job openings in India while there are none in the U.S. Constant layoffs while bringing in high-paid executives, which feels out of touch with the reality for most employees paid under market value. Employees are left to carry the weight of team members who have left or were laid off.
