Pros

The PTO is great and the teams truly work with you during tough times. I’ve worked on multiple teams and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone. We all have the same goals and work hard to get it done. It’s most definitely a team effort. There is very little micromanaging, unless necessary. Do your work and be efficient and there are no problems.

Cons

Unfortunately there are a lot of overturns due to “lack of feeling valued” I would say. The pay does not quite meet expectations at times. Over the last year we’ve lost a lot of key people and it is hurting us. The new ceo and management are trying to get things back on track but it’ll take time.
