Real collaborative environment, nice work life balance, great work space perks.

Cons

Despite claims they are different, they are just like all the other companies. Things were presented as rosy and optimistic at the time of acquisition, but sales never materialized and they pushed the panic button. There is no upward mobility.

It's a breath of fresh air to work for a growing company that not only preaches a great company culture, but also stands behind it every single day. I'm fairly new to the company, and I know the company has gone through changes over the last few years with some acquisitions, but honestly I don't get some of the negative reviews I've read on Glassdoor. Everyone I have met has been professional, kind, talented, welcoming and very proud of what we're doing for our customers. The company truly puts the customer first and at the center of all decisions. It's fun to be part of a team that is building the future of the company, but also being proud of the successful heritage that we have. There are so many opportunities for new people to contribute at the company!

Cons

We don't make honey, teddybears and unicorns all day so of course there are some tough days, but the people and the culture of the company make the tough days way easier than other places I've worked.

Work from home, food on many occasions, good people that use to work there.

Cons

To much to explain all here. Ina nutshell the company got sold 60% of all good people were let go or left. No future for upward mobility. Micromanaging, no real leadership, no room for expansion beyond what you told to do. Definitely put ina box. Stay clear. The company changed its culture from before if you need to free do use your own creativity, don’t apply here!!!! Benefits are horrible..
