Pros

Benefits were decent at most

Cons

Leadership is horrible. CEO thinks only of himself & the PGA. Layoff after layoff. Sales team makes unreasonable promises to clients, we are left to deal with the fires.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. symplr’s leadership is deeply committed to our mission of transforming healthcare operations. Our executive team makes thoughtful, forward-looking decisions to drive sustainable growth, strengthen our customer partnerships, and position our teams for long-term success. Initiatives like our PGA sponsorship reflect that strategy and help us elevate our brand, expand our network, and generate new business opportunities that benefit the entire organization. We acknowledge that our high-performance culture moves quickly and expects a lot. That level of energy and ownership isn’t the right fit for everyone, but it’s a key driver behind our momentum and success. We’re grateful for the contributions you made during your four years here and wish you continued success in your next role. It’s noteworthy that despite such strong criticism, you have remained with us for over four years, a tenure that often suggests meaningful engagement, growth, or opportunity. We understand that experiences vary, and we remain focused on building a workplace where employees can thrive. While constructive feedback is essential to that effort, we encourage it to be shared through the proper internal channels where it can lead to productive dialogue and improvement.
