Health benefits are great. The people that I work with every day are amazing.

Cons

Recently made a change to support to transition us to hourly which is fine - but took away our unlimited PTO which the rest of the company still gets which makes us feel undervalued. Very low morale because of this and leadership response is just 'deal with it' No clear career paths and no processes in place for applying internally. You must know who to reach out to internally if you want to be contacted for an internal job.

Very good benefits, an okay culture that is really making the turn to great culture, relaxed environment, WFH is extremely promoted, growing very fast.

Cons

US wise they have no diversity, it's a good ole boys and girls club, many people in many departments especially in leadership have no idea what they're doing and hire people that they know personally who aren't equipped for the job, alot of the departments are overworked, compensation doesn't match employees worth, growing very fast but no extra heads are being added, a lot of internal sexism and racism
