As a product of acquisition my pay was never adjusted to reflect what I know some of my peers are making in the role symplr has asked me to perform now. It pains me and is disheartneing knowing that you are being asked to do the same and often times more for considerably less. Additionally, this is a growing Customer Success organization. There have been enormous growing pains because of this with processes, people, and responsibilities constantly changing.
