Favouritism which brought scrutiny, now a sinking ship

The company was pieced out of GE healthcare in the year 2020. So there were traces of that culture. Slowly the traced got eradicated and now the expectations have changed. New leadership is stingy, all the good funds are cutoff.

Cons

Favouritism, My lead was an pain in the rear They don’t gave a grievance email Forced work from office with minimum hours which looks like it may increase Company not doing good which will affect your variable pay
