A really unpleasant place...

Pros

You get to work from home sometimes.

Cons

It's good that you get to work from home because being in the office is pretty miserable. No one is happy, everyone feels overworked and underpaid. The raises are pretty bad too. (except for upper management I'm sure) A lot of work is outsourced offshore which isn't that bad except the people who work in the offices have way more work than they can handle and the pay just isn't there.

Pros

Great products and there are still some loyal team members hanging on for dear life. They are open to employees working remotely.

Cons

Because of management most of the great development team have left or looking. They now only hire friends for senior management or overseas for technical and sales positions.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Which is actually untrue. You're only allowed to take a certain amount of time each year. The only good thing you get to work from home.

Cons

This company has had multiple layoffs in the hundreds. Within the last 8 months. With other people having to pick up other people's work with no help in sight. Their salaries are not competitive. They are below the standard. However your workload is high All they want to do is outsource your work to india for people who will work for far less than what you already get paid
