      Terrible Place to work

      Pros

      You get a 50% discount on LEGO sets which is nice. You get a free employee set for Christmas.

      Cons

      The working hours are terrible. If you work a night shift they expect you to magically come in for a morning shift every other weekend. They have no communication on things they change or factors that directly impact your job. Promotions are literally a popularity contest and knowing the right people. A lot of the customers are nice but you will meet the most entitled people to ever exist.

      Pros

      Fun work environment, decent bonuses, pay is good.

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism within the retail side of the company. Management plays favorites and finds ways to get rid of people who aren't "Yes Men".

      Team Culture, Flexibility, Work Content, Caring Leadership, Learning and Development Opportunities

      Cons

      Like most companies, there are moments of being less engaged or motivated but I don’t imagine ever leaving on my own. For every one thing that may drive frustration, I can find a hundred things that are energizing.
