      Pros

      Great discount and this is one of the few jobs where its fun to talk to customers because the products are really cool.

      Cons

      Horrible manager with a fake personality and a few nasty, rude supervisors. Manager and supervisor need to know how to talk to employees better and not talk down to them. Also they need to learn how to say please and thank you. Can get extremely busy near the holidays, but that's any retail job. When not busy it can be very boring.

      Pros

      Benefits were great. Some of the people were really great too. The company definitely makes it out to be this amazing experience, but in reality it's not much different from any other office job.

      Cons

      Company can't think strategically. They laid off a bunch of people because business slowed down. Then when it picked up quick and had to hire a bunch more people. CV19 hit and sales went through the roof. The company thought it was 'the new norm' and were they wrong - set unrealistic expectations. Huge culture shift made people only look out for themselves and the team dynamic was gone. It got to the point where is wasn't fun to say I work for LEGO anymore, so I started looking at other places.

      Cons

      Moving to Boston and enforcing 3 days in / 2 days out of office. Culture is shifting to hiring those who job hop for resume building experience, Under paying long standing employees
