Pros

Great company; financially stable, and strong. Wonderful benefits to employees. Fantastic co workers. Beautiful facility.

Cons

The salary for a CSR is extremely poor and frankly hard to live on. Being in customer service, it is very clear that you are at "the bottom of the barrel." Extremely strict, but not well thought out, attendance policy.

Pros

Discounts & great co-workers. The kids that call in are great. Talking to a child that's excited about your product is fun!

Cons

Let you think you're going to have a great shot at being perm after the holidays when out of the 120 temps they MAY take one. They also tell you that you'll have to work one weekend day every other week when it's every week. I was up front and honest with them, and it would have been nice to get the same in return! They also only allow approx 3 unpaid sick/pers days per year total unless you've been there several years & there's no wiggle room even for hospitalizations. Feels more like jail than work while you're there. It's made even worse when there are favorites.

Company seems great but has a dark side as well.

Pros

They offer good pay, benefits and training; they enjoy a massive world-wide organization that is mostly well-run. They are hugely profitable (at least these days) and manage their assets well for the most part.

Cons

They were willing to buy a company and then shut it down for no obvious reason. Look at NetDevil, for example. They talk a good game (appear to listen to employee feedback, teach respect for others, imply a desire to grow their employees, etc.)
