      Pros

      Very flexible work hours and a very nice crew already lined up to go. The work isn't mentally taxing, more just repetitive and tiring physically. Getting to deal with children and sell toys is pretty fun

      Cons

      Customers can be frustrating to deal with, and the work to pay ratio is really poor. There is nearly no motivation to perform better than others, as the retail level is so homogenized and ignored by corporate.

      Pros

      Very predictable shifts. Freebies. Playing with bricks. Friendly kid environment. Great music. Employee fun days. Great conversation starter. Special events.

      Cons

      Extremely slow traffic outside of the holiday season. Poor management. Low pay. 4 hour shifts MAX. 10 minute breaks. Never stocked with what customers want. Not allowed to socialize with fellow associate unless you're management. Pressured by mystery shop reports every other week.

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Cons

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
