Lack of communication about changes, too many non-global policies in a company that pushes employees to think globally

Made me feel like a replaceable unit and not like an actual human being. Lost a job I loved because I made a register error that lost the company $100. I guess you can't become the most successful toy company in the world without mitigating risk.
