Pros

Great place to work, I never grew up with Lego so wasn't biased, but I loved the culture there. Inclusive, strong in developing its people- open to letting you move across teams and everyone supports you in doing so.

Cons

The continual restructures could make for instability and a bit of tension with people not knowing where they'd be or if they'd have a role in 12 month's time.

Pros

Healthcare covers most things with a $15 co-pay, paid time off is between 10-15 days for the first 10 years plus sick leave for manager level and below positions. Depending on role there's also options to work from home. There's an on-site gym and cafe.

Cons

It's a huge, rather chaotic corporation, with a lot of change in job roles. Preference is often placed on employees in Denmark.
