Pros

Nice people , good work conditions as far as benefits and work life balance

Cons

Management , management and management. Things are changing dramatically at Auburn hill , thyssenkrupp system engineering and a lot of people are jumping ship. Since the outs of the Previous CEO the German corporate has appointed a phony CEO which derailed the business and started to disassemble the Auburn hills company. Now everything is run by a German CEO and the current ceo is acting as a sales manager almost; even the reviews are consolidated between all the different companies. Future is so dark as people keep disappearing from work either being let go or them just quitting fearing they will be let go.
