      Pros

      Very good working environment Good benefits but there could definitely be more A good company to work over all, its name is a huge boost to anyone's resume

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for personal development if you are not an engineer or senior management Not very good locations/commute Low paid for staff not being senior management or engineers, which leads to a never ending circle, ergo the name of the topic with people moving away after spending some time with the company as they are looking more project experience

      Pros

      Very professional. True experience of being in a MNC corporate. Knowledgeable leaders and organized management of projects. Great office space too!

      Cons

      There were not many. Would have enjoyed having to work without the need for work time monitoring devices etc. but that's Just me and I can understand the requirement for this in corporates
