Cons

High management turnover in country management of China Salary is frozen since the starting point not based on work performance and labor market reference make employee's voice clear in employment survey but no response and improvement favoritism in management not putting engineering ahead

Global company with grad scheme opportunities.

Cons

Demoralised workforce overstretched and under appreciated leads to anger and dissent. Out of touch branch management, largely absent and seemingly unaware or uninterested in employee concerns. Lack of trust from employees
