      Enjoyable work, though rough customer service side.

      Cons

      Lack of home office support, constantly changing corporate sponsorships. Sold out to Asurion, terrible company to work with.

      Great place to work for, fantastic franchise, great leaders. Not so great rules.

      Pros

      Management at my locations and for the franchise group is fantastic. Pay is good for the work we do, overtime and extra learning/ courses are respected and appreciated. Co-workers are fantastic friends and fantastic to work for. Chances to move up/ further our careers is in place and strived for by upper management.

      Cons

      Some partnership rules are a little harsh and can feel restrictive on giving our customers the best service possible. Hours can fluctuate based on work available. Deploma courses are not required or even neccesary. On job training through online portal is lack luster and rather gruling to trudge through.
